Support phone and email inquiries from employees on Policies and our new HR System, SuccessFactors
Create case management tickets relating to employee inquiries
Advise employees and managers regarding performance and compensation cycle
Responsible for understanding and ability to articulate basic payroll concepts including payroll cycle/calendar and tax components such as tax withholding, W2, Social Security cap, imputed income, garnishments and bonus payments in order to accurately advise employees

Excellent interpersonal communication as well as professionally articulate written and verbal communication skills
Experience with an HRMS tool preferred
High level of technical aptitude in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Outstanding organizational, prioritization and time management skills
Problem-solving, logic aptitude, analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong customer service skills and quality orientation
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Learning agility and system affinity
Ability to professionally interact with employees at all levels (non-exempt through senior leadership, including global colleagues)
Proficient in English and Spanish with the ability to handle customer telephone and email inquiries
Ability to understand and assess complex information quickly
