Immediate opening for a Full Time STOCK HANDLER.
Our furniture can't move on its own (although that would be fun). Once our products arrive at our retail locations from the warehouse, Stock Handlers take over to get the furniture where it needs to be!
Stock Handlers are essential to the loading, unloading, wrapping, unwrapping, lifting, assembling and staging of our furniture, mattresses, and accessories. Day-to-day responsibilities include moving merchandise, and assisting our customers when they come to take their new purchases home. We're looking for friendly people who are comfortable talking to our guests, and are neat and accurate when it comes to documentation and paperwork. Our Stock Handlers also assist the Design Team with all of the visual displays in our showrooms, and other tasks as needed.
We are committed to safety, and enforces handling our product in a safe, accurate, and effective manner in accordance with the product handling standards. Interested applicants should be comfortable with repeated heavy lifting. Prior on-the-job experience with heavy and consistent lifting is helpful, but not required.

- Excellent verbal and written communication, and listening skills.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Basic numerical reasoning skills.
- Ability to complete paperwork in an accurate, neat and efficient manner.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull and lift cartons weighing 100+ lbs. repetitively.
Required Experience
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous lifting experience preferred.
