Nesco Resource is looking for a Software Integration/Salesforce Analyst for a great company located in Charlotte, NC.
Summary:
The Integration Support Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the Salesforce CRM platform which integrates with internal applications. The ISA will troubleshoot issues and engage on issue resolution and have the ability to handle a high volume of requests from customers with varying technical skills. This role does require heavy documentation in order to fully support users.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve assigned cases and document results throughout the entire case management life cycle processes
  • Monitor data changes through a standardized migration life cycle
  • Use Avention tool to search and populate customer data in CRM system regularly
  • Help monitor, document, and troubleshoot system integration error logs
  • Complete reports to find data discrepancies and prepare files for resolution.
  • Execute multiple service cases a day and coordinate with team lead for prioritization of tasks
  • Contribute to the System Maintenance Release Enhancements by supporting operations
  • Document all procedures
  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly maintenance processes

Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years' experience providing external and internal support in a highly integrated application environment
  • A strong work history of providing excellent customer service in a technology setting
  • Prior experience withSalesforce administrator duties including experience experience handling data migrations using Salesforce
  • Experience preparing data files using Apex Data Loader
Preferred Skills
  • Business Analyst background
  • Ability to understand business concepts and how they apply to application integration
  • Experience with insurance industry back office operations
