This individual will primarily be inputting PO's and invoices into our computer system and confirming that we have what we need in order to invoice or submit payment. The individual has to have a high degree of accuracy when it comes to inputting data in to the system. We receive lots of invoices and purchase orders so the individual has to work quickly and still maintain a high degree of accuracy.


They have to like doing routine repetitious work in addition to helping out in other admin areas as identified below:

Administrative Duties:
  • Set up new projects and SAC folders
  • Process incoming and outgoing documents/mail on a daily basis
  • Acquiring and uploading due diligence documents from customers as needed (limited business travel may be involved)
  • Obtain E-911 addresses, as needed
  • Updating internal trackers and various databases
  • Monitor and process SAC regulatory and environmental request.
  • Preparing site survey packages
  • Monitor and process SAC emails.
  • Assist with setting up SAC purchase orders
  • Perform POR, invoicing and OCNR duties
  • Assist with researching zoning and building permitting processes from various municipalities
  • Provide assistance to SAC's as required.
  • Special projects as assigned
