Nesco Resource is currently seeking a Telecommunications CVP Developer for direct hire.
  • API, CVP, IVR knowledge is a MUST
  • Collaborating with System Engineers/Architects & external partners for operating systems, contact center applications and hardware upgrades
  • Managing support escalations and advanced troubleshooting using Cisco or partner level TAC, applications vendor and/or carrier
  • Configuration of ICM for routing of inbound calls in addition to outbound with Acqueon LCM campaign management
  • Experience with UCCE framework, CVP, Cisco ICM, Cisco Call Studio, Nuance ASR and TTS
  • Understanding of and experience utilizing CVP Java APIs, J2EE, JavaScript & JSON
  • Has implemented complex solutions which involve Web Services, SOA, VXML practices, as well as Cisco Lifestyle Services Approach
  • The qualified candidate will troubleshoot complex types of call routing issues which require knowledge of carrier routing, ICM, IPIVR, UCM functionality and a CVP expert
  • Ownership ensuring documentations up-to-date, to reflect business rules which are applied to routing calls and infrastructure from component and application perspective
  • IVR Recording Management
  • Familiar with SQL Query Analyzer/TCD/Call Trace/RCD/Log Analysis
  • Testing and development disaster recovery plans conducted to detect any faults, to minimize malfunctions and backup systems
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or alike
  • It is strongly preferred that the individual have Cisco Certifications such as CCNA/CCDP/CCNP
  • API experience is a MUST
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience with programming and system analysis
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with an emphasis in applications & systems engineering development, as well as database and middle ware technologies
  • Excellent knowledge and experience utilizing Cisco network, VOIP and video products
  • Internetworking technologies experience such as routing and switching, TCP and app development
  • VoIP deployment & design for LAN and WAN which includes experience with QoS
  • Project Management experience a plus
  • ITIL Certification
  • Understanding of Cisco UCS and UCCE servers, hardware and deployment
  • Understanding of enterprise networking and server structure, e.g., Cisco UCS, Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switches, voice gateways & routers
  • Networking monitoring tools including NetQoS, NetIQ, Websense, NetVoyant, Gigastor, NetBrain, WireShark, NetOptics
  • Well versed in supporting non-Windows OS in a virtual environment
  • Virtualization platform understanding which include VMware, Citrix, KVM & Hyper-V
