Essential Functions
  • Adjust, repair, or replace defective components based on analysis of test results; following schematics, maintenance manuals, and other technical documents.
  • Remove and install aircraft subsystems assemblies and components.
  • Use complex and specialized test equipment.
  • Complete required forms accurately to FAA and company standards.
  • Complete work within the budgeted discrepancy man hours.

Technical Abilities
  • Previous work on King Air and Citation 500 series.
  • Customer-service abilities required, experience preferred.
  • General knowledge of print-reading, wire harness fabrication, and electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with fabrication practices, soldering methods, and antenna installations.
  • Prefer some experience with GARMIN products, but not required.

Typical Work Day
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8 am to 5 pm
  • Hour off for lunch
Qualifications
  • Fulfill FAA criminal background checks.
  • Able to secure and maintain appropriate airport authority badge/s.
  • Submit and continually pass each applicable Federal, DOT, and OSHA drug and/or alcohol testing.
  • Meet insurance provider's standards for driving company vehicles.
  • Ability to fluently read, write, and comprehend English.
  • Own a basic set of aircraft maintenance tools and toolbox.
  • Perform strenuous work requiring lifting, pushing and or pulling objects in excess of 100lbs (occasionally), and objects weighing 50lbs on a regular basis.
