* Overtime is available on a case by case basis.

This is a customer service position working with purchase order requisition change orders, requiring a lot of repetitive data entry work. Must be detailed oriented

Responsibilities include:
- Phone Coverage
- Issue resolution
- Maintains database records of customer profiles and prepares status reports.
- Position acts as a liaison between customer and business.

EDUCATION: Minimum of a 2 - 4 year degree is preferred; preferably in business or accounting

2-4 years of Customer Service experience in a business setting (ex. Call centers)
Computer Skills - Microsoft Office Components
Good Data Entry Skills
Good Grammar
Good Phone Skills

-Past PeopleSoft/SAP experience would be highly desired but is not mandatory.

A successful candidate will:
- be detail oriented
- be self-motivated
- be team work oriented
- posses solid phone skills.
- have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft programs
