Job Description
Candidates must have at least 4 years of progressively challenging and responsible roles with a customer service component in an engineering, metrology, or test resource management environment.
Provide administrative planning and support for site operational activities and personnel performing logistical activities to locate, identify, track, centralize, transport, disposition and coordinate calibration where applicable.
Act as a backup to the Operations and Logistics Specialist and secondary site POC for customer and E-Team staff.
Coordinate activities with site users (customers) to ensure uninterrupted test equipment asset availability supporting all Engineering test equipment utilized in laboratories, test stations, and testing facilities.

Requirements:
Associates degree in technical field with 2 years of direct experience with test equipment. In lieu of formal education, at least 4 years of progressively challenging and responsible roles with a customer service component in an engineering, metrology, or test resource management environment.

Qualified candidates should possess these additional skills:
Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Power Point, Outlook, Word and Excel.
Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs, walk at a measured pace for sustained periods, stand, sit and kneel repetitively.
Use handheld scanners and similar data capture equipment, enter data into E-Team support systems and extract information for analysis and reporting.
Recognize and comply with warnings, signs and alerts in laboratory and engineering test environments.
