 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Administration of Parts/ Unit Sales/ Warranty Operation
  • Understanding of job process and system operations
  • Order processing support
  • Understanding and support of business processes and SAP logic
  • Maintain operations manual and procedural database
  • Help with system master maintenance
  • Creation, maintenance, support, documentation of Dealer accounts and issues
  • Provide project support
  • Perform IT-related duties and be the first line of contact for IT issues
  • Coordination and support of system network and devices
  • Vendor and Dealer point of contact for issues
  •  IT auditing and documentation
  • Assist in system security control
  • On occasion, handle support calls or duties outside of normal business hours
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Knowledge of system network and devices
  • Knowledge of system security
  • General knowledge of IT concepts
  • Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
  • Good customer follow-up and support skills
  • Good time management, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to take the initiative to lead and coordinate certain tasks and duties
  • Communication both in English and Spanish
