The Position
As a growth marketer, you will push your skills as a growth hacker to the limit. You will constantly look for ways to connect your data-driven approach to maximizing and unlocking channels that will grow our portfolio of products. Creativity is a must. You will live in our conversion funnels, looking to drive conversions, optimize value and find the hacks that lead to virality and growth. Your technical chops--SQL skills, the ability to edit and adjust javascript, HTML and CSS, and your understanding of databases--will allow you to implement, optimize, and analyze campaigns at a high level.
You won't be alone. You will work our product managers, data scientists, designers, developers and tech support teammates to make sure your growth engine is performing well.
Qualifications
  • You have 3+ years experience in a related marketing role with significant experience in:
    • App Store Optimization (ASO) and App Store Marketing (ASM)
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
    • Paid search (Facebook, Instagram, Adwords, etc.)
  • You love data and use it to optimize your campaigns. You have extensive experience working with Google Analytics and other marketing analysis platforms
  • You have a significant track record that demonstrates how your technical and marketing skills have combined to drive growth for products. You use SQL at a high level.
  • You're comfortable with code. You may not write a lot from scratch, but you can edit and adjust HTML, CSS, and Javascript to make ensure successful marketing tests.
  • You have experience with marketing mobile apps
  • Your "get stuff done” personality is infectious: You're biased toward action, a great collaborator, and you like streamlined processes, not weighty bureaucracy. You never stop pushing towards growth
Skills we think are important:
  • Mobile and app marketing experience
  • SEO, SEM, ASO & ASM experience
  • Paid marketing management experience (AdWords, Facebook, etc.)
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) experience
  • A working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS/SQL - you don't need all of these, but they would help
  • Significant Google Analytics knowledge and experience
  • Proficiency with SQL queries and data analysis tools
  • Content and email marketing experience
  • Experience with multivariate testing tools like Optimizely, Apptimize, VWO, etc.
