 Global Client Technology Platform Manager With global headquarters in Philadelphia, (MIM), is the global investment management arm of the  an Australia-based global provider of banking, financial, advisory, investment and funds management services operating in more than 70 locations in more than 27 countries. MIM offers securities investment management capabilities across a number of asset classes including fixed income, currencies, equities, infrastructure securities, hedge funds, and multi-asset allocation solutions. The Investment Management (MIM) Technology Division has an opportunity for a Global Client Technology Platform Manager with strong retail and institutional client business acumen to join the growing team in center-city Philadelphia.
The successful candidate will direct and lead global teams to partner with our business to define, develop and support a consistent and exceptional global client experience. The candidate will work closely with the Global Distribution Leadership team and the Head of Global Client Operations to deliver leading digital technology solutions to extend business reach.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
¿ Work with the Global Head of Client Operations to deliver on the global client experience
¿ Active participant in the Global Distribution Leadership team which drives MIM's client facing strategy
¿ Identify and implement market leading technology capabilities regarding client reporting, Fact sheets, CMS, and CRM systems
¿ Leverage full technology capabilities from CMS (Sitecore) and CRM (Salesforce) to drive business growth
¿ Extract knowledge from multiple sources of data though data analytics and build highly effective dashboards for stakeholders
¿ Gain and utilize deep understanding of Distribution/Marketing business flows and how the business wins to increase productivity by transforming current business models with innovative technology
¿ Analyze current Distribution/Marketing process models and transform where applicable to optimize technology benefits
¿ Manage and lead a team of developers and business analysts to provide end-to-end design, delivery and maintenance of applications and solutions
¿ Develop and manage platform budget and resourcing requirements
¿ Manage the platform in line with the bank's policies to ensure technology risks are understood, communicated, and effectively mitigated
¿ Effectively communicate platform related changes, risks and issues to ensure all applicable stakeholders are engaged
¿ Collaborate with the global architecture team to ensure consistency of platforms where applicable
¿ Integrate an effective DevOps model that effectively supports distribution and marketing environments
¿ Champion development methodology trends and emerging technologies
Required Skills:
¿ Entrepreneurial, highly motivated and self-directed with a bias to yes attitude
¿ Deep domain knowledge and experience in supporting Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Relationship Management (especially in the Asset Management industry)
¿ Demonstrated expert knowledge and hands-on experience with sales and marketing solutions (CRM (Salesforce), CMS (Sitecore), digital campaign management, fulfillment processing
¿ Significant experience in leveraging data analytics to increase client engagement and experience
¿ Ability to articulate complex technical problems and their solutions, and work collaboratively with both a regional and global distributed team
¿ Proven track record in leading a high-performing delivery team and proposing/achieving successful outcomes for a client facing business
¿ Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially with senior business, IT, and vendor stakeholders
¿ Ability to build successful global business relationships and manage global stakeholders effectively
¿ Experience in program and delivery management, including budgets and forecasts
¿ Ability to articulate complex technical problems and their solutions, and work collaboratively with both a regional and global distributed team
¿ Extensive end-to-end understanding and practical working experience of the software delivery life cycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to successful implementation.
¿ Proven ability to make the right decisions and successfully drive delivery within budget and timelines
¿ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
¿ Strong people management & leadership experience
¿ Proven ability to collaborate across global teams, managing timezones effectively
¿ B.S in Computer Science or related field
