Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide telephony Engineering support to the Call Center and Business user community
  • Responsible for managing and administering Telephony Engineering requests, projects and end user support requests in a call center environment.
  • Provide support to both on site and remote users
  • Hands on trouble shooting of all Telephony Applications and infrastructure related issues.
  • Perform System Administration on the Interactive Intelligence (I3) Telephony platform.
  • Perform System Monitoring of Network Components.
  • Interface with Network Team to support VOIP environment.
  • Provide end user training on Call Center technologies and applications.
Job Requirements
Technical Skills:
  • 1-2 years Telephony Engineering experience interacting with end-users in a call center environment
  • Interactive Intelligence (I3) Telephony platform 
  • Prior trouble shooting on software and hardware based systems.
  • Prior experience with the Interactive Intelligence Telephony System in a call center environment.
Soft Skills:
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with end users
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong Information Technology aptitude
