Role
• Lead coordination of work-streams and support projects that develop and enhance Global Credit and Loyalty Solutions strategies and execution against business priorities, working collaboratively with global/regional leads and their teams
• Develop presentations, generate research insights to facilitate solutions and decision making
• Develop analytic, data driven, and practical tools that lead to business insights and improved strategic decision making
• Interface with Global Credit and LS Leads and their teams to gather data, and advance execution plans
• Support Vice President of Strategy and Operations in advancing operational priorities through process discipline ce e.g. improved sales enablement, Excellence
• Support internal and external facing communications responsibilities and operating rhythm governance: e.g. quarterly operating reviews, quarterly earnings, investor day, quarternly newsletter

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with an ability to identify key issues, structure analysis and synthesize data, and provide recommendations effectively
• Strong business acumen and ability to facilitate discussion
• Ability to drive results while being resourceful and tactful within a corporate environment
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to build credibility; team oriented, collaborative, and flexible
• Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior management and business partners

• Excellent presentation (power point) and writing skills
