• The position for, Contingent Worker will support the Benefit and Leave Administrator's management of US and Canadian employee benefits and assist with the day-to-day employee questions and needs relative to benefit and disability administration.
• Have you supported a global HR operations function responding to and resolving employee benefit inquiries?

• Professionally, efficiently, and accurately, manage Client Benefit plans by reviewing and processing new hire enrollments and life event transactions for the US employee population.
• Resolve inquiries with a high level of customer service orientation and provide "priceless employee experiences” in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
• Escalate in-scope, complex cases to Tier 2 with appropriate and complete documentation on work performed to date with follow-through until issue is adequately resolved.
• Complete simple special projects, as needed.
• Provide support to other members on the team.
• Ensure audit compliance through transaction processing and approval flows.
• Manage confidential data in a professional manner and according to HIPPA rules and Client confidentiality requirements.
• Identify areas for new processes as appropriate to address specific issues related to transaction processing.
• Contribute information to build the AskHR knowledgebase.
• Operate in partnership with HR teams and colleagues across all regions to ensure the effective delivery of HR support and HR systems related actions.
