Job Description: The Franchise Development team collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure the growth of the franchise
• The team is responsible for the ongoing management of our customers
• This position will provide testing assistance for new solutions
• This position will help develop a strategy and will manage testing related inquiries to determine if issues need resolution
• Are you a self-starter who demonstrates a high level of initiative?
• Are you highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities?

Role
• Coordination and management of global testing related operatins
• Collaborate with business partners to research and respond to customer inquiries in timely manner
• Communicate back to testers answers and guidance to questions
• Effectively communicate with compliance, customer implementation, and project teams
• Analyze results from testing efforts and translate to actionable information
• Manage and report on the customer related enquiries

• Must be high-energy, detail oriented, proactive, and able to function under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Strong verbal & written communication skills and able to quickly learn and implement new technologies, application appropriate frameworks and tools
• Strong relationship, collaborative skills and organizational skills with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation and able to work as a member of a diverse and geographically distributed project team
• Willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities
