Job Description:
• The Coordinator positions support the engineering teams
• This is an entry level position in the Pole Attachment Agreements and Administration department.
• The Coordinator maintains and monitors the system and processes pole attachment applications and reviews to ensure accurate, complete, and timeliness of processing by Client for pole attachment applications, permits, joint use proposals, related documents as well as preparation and analysis of pertinent data.
Duties include:
• Reviewing and forwarding pole attachment requests to the appropriate pole owners,
• Creating and maintaining accurate records regarding documentation and actions
• Knowledge and use of internal systems, including LeaseNet and DocuShare, and analysis and reporting of data regarding pole attachment applications and other related issues.
Specific Job Functions:
• Process all Incoming Pole Attachment Permit / Applications / Proposals to Project Managers and Engineers
• Process all Incoming Pole Attachment Requests from Third Parties seeking attachment to Client-owned Poles
• Process all Outgoing Pole Attachment Permit / Applications / Proposals from Project Managers and Engineers to Pole Owners
• Process Incoming and Outgoing Maintenance Requests related to Client-owned and Power-owned Poles
• Process Service Drop Request Confirmations on behalf of Engineering
• Provide Notice of Completed JobTrac jobs to appropriate Analysts when jobs can be billed to Pole Owner

Special Requirements/ Certifications:
• Use Windows operating system and Microsoft Office software in the most efficient manner.
• Be able to use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Access.
• Utilize spreadsheets and access databases.
• Pull and submit reports and spreadsheets as trained and according to company procedures.
• Communicate on a daily basis with others both verbally and in writing.
Organizational Documentation:
• Respond to e-mails in a timely manner and document work completed.
• Maintain files and history as required with ability to retrieve for reference at a later date.
• Meet deadlines and workload requirements set and prioritized by the supervisor.
• Provide good service to both internal and external customers.
• Establish contacts with regular internal and external customers.
• Understand goals and results

Education: (Not Editable)
• High School diploma or equivalent and 4+ years experience with 3+ years directly related to the job.
• College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate
