  • This position acts as the first-level technical support - assisting user with software problems and questions, and referring complex cases to second-level support. The position is also responsible for the day-to-day management of the HEAT database used to track Help Desk interactions and to produce reports.
  • The position assists senior staff in the development and testing of end-users desktop images and application deployment. The incumbent will support with the research and implementation of new software packages, operating systems, and end-user environments.
