Job Overview:
Primary responsibilities include overall project accountability of a large enterprise system integration project. Responsible for planning, developing, and executing schedules to ensure timely completion of project deadlines and milestones. Manages relationships and communication within intended scope of defined project role. Helps to identifies key barriers to a projects or departments success and actively manages all mitigation activities. Salesforce Integration experience a plus.

Major Accountabilities:
  • Oversee various projects of a high complexity nature or has project accountability at the enterprise level
  • Provide input into new products, processes, standards or plans in support of the business.
  • Effectively lead the project team or the responsible area to align with the business objectives, project schedule, and project budget.
  • Mastery of complex facilitation and dependency management techniques (cross team, cross department)
  • Responsible for planning, developing, and executing schedules, ensuring methodology compliance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to increase the team's velocity by adopting the lessons learned from each retrospective.
  • Drive cross team, ART and departmental impediments, planning, collaboration, and coordination
  • Help teams apply the Scrum Framework and principles of agility to the benefit of the team and organization. Support multiple Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Development Teams in understanding and enacting their roles.
  • Manage complex resolutions, and help develop solutions to complex problems
  • Regularly communicate to senior management regarding the status of specific project deliverables, and interact with client to set and manage expectations
  • Consults on new products, processes, standards or plans in support of the business
  • Drive delivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and metrics (quality, delivery rate, etc) to identify areas of opportunity.
  • Facilitate PI Planning meetings, Scrum of scrums, PI demos and PI Retrospectives
  • Support the Strategic Program Management team in ensuring Client governance standards are applied within the team

Knowledge / Experience:
  • Broad knowledge in the areas of strategy, planning and project management required processes and techniques.
  • Ability to think creatively and have flexibility
  • Leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills required with a track record for developing internal and external relationships. "
  • Extraordinary Problem Solving Capabilities and Conflict Resolution Capabilities
  • Solid problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
  • Solid knowledge and experience in running projects in SAFe, Agile (SCRUM/Kanban) methodologies
  • Knowledge of Client and the payments industry preferred
  • Saleforce experience with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud a plus.
  • Past experience with enterprise integrations managing 10-20 workstreams a plus.
