Oracle EBS Project Manager

Minimum Degree Level:Bachelors
 7-10 years of Oracle Project Management experience, specifically focused on Oracle E-Business Suite.
•             Should have a minimum of managing three Oracle EBS projects from inception through post go-live support.
•             Highly proficient in collaborating with project stakeholders, end-users, business partners, and technical team members to deliver high quality projects
Understand complexities of a large program and provide guidance to technical and functional consultants.
•             Plan and execute detailed activities related to business requirements development; CRP testing cycles, system integration testing, end user training, and detailed cut-over planning
•             Negotiate scope, schedule, and funding with external IT and business partners.
•             Establish common goals across multiple teams, and define useful metrics and reporting to track team performance.
•             Manage milestones across multiple teams.
•             Lead teams of consultants through the completion of all phases of the project.
•             Support project management processes to include planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting on-going team activities
•             Highly proficient in collaborating with project stakeholders, end-users, business partners, and technical team members to deliver high quality projects.
•             Hands on with project documentation. Well-versed in industry best-practices and current technologies.
•             Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
•             Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
