Requirement:

Responsible for supporting multiple projects and cross-functional teams to the overall project governance goals, best practices, processes, policies, procedures and standards for the Enrollment Solutions program
Responsibilities:
•           Responsible for supporting multiple projects and cross-functional teams to the overall project governance goals, best practices, processes, policies, procedures and standards for the Enrollment Solutions program.
•           Provides general support for:
o          Updating documentation and schedules;
o          Assisting in identify, research, and resolve problems impacting team performance;
o          Producing meeting minutes and capture action items in program level meetings;
o          Facilitating monthly project financial reviews with the Program and Project Managers. Tracking and monitoring action items to ensure timely resolution. 
•           Provide onboarding support to new Project Managers.
•           Tracking commitment dates and changes associated to project deliverables and metrics reporting.
•           Coordinate efforts within the Enrollment Program team
Required Skills:
•           Minimum 5 years' experience in managing IT projects with complex project plans, strategy, communicating with teams, scheduling, prioritization of work, facilitating, and reporting on project status and tasks.  
•           Strong communication skills are required to develop strong working relationships with the Project Managers and project team members.
•           Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel with focus on pivot tables and developing graphs for metrics reporting.
•           Ability to interface with cross-functional teams at varying levels of management to drive/ lead and communicate strategy, vision, tasks, and overall project plans. 
•           Ability to work independently and aggressively track to project timelines
•           Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
•           Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
•           Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
