ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Create and execute industry-leading employee engagement programs, including: continually refreshing Client's internal employee engagement campaigns; creating and delivering fresh, dynamic employee-focused content; facilitating global community discussions and optimizing feedback through these forums; and measuring and adapting programs, as needed.
  • Develop written and/video employee news programs that celebrate employee voices and stories and build awareness of Client's key priorities and initiatives.
  • Provide strategic input on messaging and positioning and influence stakeholders, as needed, to ensure communications are compelling and aligned with our culture and tone.
  • Contribute to our editorial calendar and content development for corporate intranet, digital signage, and a weekly news roll-up.
  • Enable company best practices and tools for internal communications and regularly research new approaches and industry best practices.
  • Formalize employee outreach programs to ensure content and employee engagement programs remain fun, unexpected, insightful and relevant.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Creative Services, Global HR, and Talent Acquisition teams to support broad-based employee and manager engagement programs.
 
REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 10-12 years integrated marketing and/or communications experience in high tech or other fast-paced, disruptive environment
  • Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills with an emphasis on creative narratives
  • Experience generating and implementing fun and easy to engage ideas and campaigns
  • Ability to quickly absorb complex information across a variety of disciplines and translate to clear, compelling communications
  • Ability to effectively research, develop, implement and use technologies for communicating with internal audiences across devices, platforms and audiences
  • Experience driving marketing and communication campaigns from concept to completion with minimal guidance
  • Experience hiring and managing a top talent communications team
  • Experience managing external vendors and agencies
  • A natural collaborator who is able to build and lead diverse teams (direct and virtual) and drive results without direct authority
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and re-prioritize, as needed
