Vice President of Operations Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established Health System with Home Health, Hospice Care and other Post-Acute business lines. They have a current opening for an Vice President of Operations to oversee, improve, and grow their Home Health in the greater Chicago, IL area.  We are looking for a progressive leader with Medicare Home Health Multi-site management experience at the Senior level. Medicare and Managed Care experience is preferred. A clinician is not required. LEAN Six Sigma certification is a plus! Relocation candidates welcome!

Vice President of Operations Job Requirements
  • Strong Senior level multi-site Medicare Home Health leadership experience. Medicare and Managed Care experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree preferred.
  • Must have overseen revenues of $50M +
  • Understanding of the financial side of business, strong business development expertise, ability to analyze data, strategic planning, process improvement skills. LEAN Six Sigma Training / Certification a huge plus.
Vice President of Operations Job Responsibilities
  • Operational / Financial oversight of the Home Health business line and it’s direct reports.
  • Analyze data for region, revamp and implement processes and procedures as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with Senior Leadership over related business lines.
  • Develop and implement strategic growth plans for the region (Organic and M&A).
