Program Analyst
Position Summary:
Life Cycle Engineering is looking for a qualified Program Analyst to join our team. This is a future overseas employment opportunity in Rota, Spain to perform a wide array of administrative, recordkeeping and updating, and Client assignment functions. These functions will be specifically for assisting FDRMC in the area of tracking, assignment, execution, and reporting of FDRMC Client and manning functions.

Contract Requirements:
  • Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
  • Must have a valid U.S. Passport.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Client, manning, metrics, reporting.
  • Support for development, analysis, and presentation of labor briefs. Support Command Operations Center reports and briefs. Assistance includes, but is not limited to, daily SIPR message traffic review, SIPR CASREP database updates, Force laydown updates, and TAAS-Info job assignment and management.
  • Support record keeping functions in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) requirements.
  • Assist with tracking and recording of training requirements for command personnel.
  • Assistance with Defense Travel System reviewing official support, warehouse management liaison and inventory control of Detachment Rota equipment and tools, and Detachment Rota message (OIX) entry.  
Required Education, Skills, and Experience:
  • High school diploma
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills and possess the ability to learn.
  • Able to follow procedures and execute sequenced work instructions from either written and or verbal communications.
  • A minimum of three (3) years' experience providing government program support similar to the functions and responsibilities listed above.
Physical Demands and Expectations:
  • A team player who exhibits a high level of integrity and professionalism in all situations.
  • Regular physical activity to include walking, climbing stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and standing.
  • Work safely, following government policies, procedures and work practices in a positive, cooperative, and productive manner.
