On-site resource with PS ePerformance experience in PeopleSoft HR required. 
 
Description:
PeopleSoft HR Senior Techno-Functional Consultant will be responsible for implementing PeopleSoft ePerformance. This will include designing, planning, coding and documenting the ePerformance module; testing, debugging, fixing and retesting those solutions and preparing for migrations to a Production environment.  Responsibilities will also include providing end user support; troubleshooting and resolving problems; designing application process changes, writing specifications for them, and developing the solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, support, modify, test ePerformance configurations and customize them based on requirements if needed.
  • Develop dashboards and pivot grids for Managers and admins.
  • Configure and customize AWE workflows for ESS and Client transactions.
  • Work with business to determine functional requirements for initiatives where appropriate.
  • Able to translate functional requirements to technical requirements.
  • Analyze, document, and evaluate alternative solutions within a team environment.
 
Qualifications
  • Experience must include: Core HR, Performance Management, ESS, Client is must. Competency and Profile Management preferred.
  • Expertise in People Code, AWE, Application Packages, Application designer, Fluid, Pivot Grids, Dashboards etc.
  • Must have completed at least 1 PeopleSoft Performance Management implementation in 9.2.
  • Excellent SQL query writing skills.
  • Excellent understanding of a systems development life-cycle methodology.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and activities.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to train business users on PeopleSoft HR functional configurations and setups.
