Experience:
  • Experience must include: People tools 8.55 or higher in Application Engines, Fluid Interface development, Pivot Grids, BI Publisher, People Code and Application Package.
  • Expertise in PeopleSoft Integration Broker, Web Services, XSLT, WSDL, and Application Messaging,
  • Experience with Time & Labor module is preferred.
  • Excellent SQL query writing skills.
  • Excellent understanding of a systems development life-cycle methodology.
  • Knowledge of Oracle database platform in LINUX environment.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and activities.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Description:

PeopleSoft HR Senior Technical Consultant will be responsible for developing application's customized processes, reports and integrations that will be required to integrate PeopleSoft HR with third party application(s). This will include designing, planning, coding and documenting technical solutions; testing, debugging, fixing and retesting those technical solutions and preparing for migrations to a Production environment.  Responsibilities will also include providing end user support; troubleshooting and resolving problems; designing application process changes, writing specifications for them, and developing the solutions.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, support, modify, test customized programs related to Time &Labor, and scheduling custom application requirements.
  • Develop SOAP based synchronous and asynchronous services to integrate with third party application.
  • Work with business to determine functional requirements for initiatives where appropriate.
  • Able to scope effort and provide estimates.
  • Able to translate functional requirements to technical requirements.
  • Analyze, document, and evaluate alternative solutions within a team environment.
  • Translate business processes into technical solutions.
