8 years of experience in the design and building of enterprise data warehouses and progressive architectural experience.

- Has an expert grasp of design patterns such as Inmon, Kimble, Data Vault and Data Lake.
- Possesses expertise and extensive experience in data analysis and mapping.
- Excellent understanding of data modeling, SQL and ETL.
- Experience in multiple database platforms, including SQL Server and Oracle.
- Experience working with end-users to gather requirements and build technical solutions from concept to implementation.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and delegate responsibilities.
- Fully understand enterprise data sources (file transfer, EDI, operational systems, external parties, cloud, etc.)
Standard Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop logical and physical data models for the EDW, according to priorities and requirements articulated by the business.
- Collaborate with business and IT partners as needed to develop and pursue tactical and strategic goals. Translate business requirements into architectural blueprints and designs and provide direct technical leadership and expertise in implementing solutions.
- Develop, maintain and communicate effective and appropriate designs, aligned with enterprise data and analytical needs. Ensure overall transparency and alignment with Client's strategic goals. Define roadmap and strategies for integration, data, systems and analytics architectures.
- Provide technical leadership in aligning technical capabilities and business strategies to meet enterprise goals and objectives. Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure seamless integration with Client's SOA.
- Conduct technical reviews of EDW design and solutions. Facilitate business & technical buy-in to proposed solutions
- Mentor other team members, leading by example. Collaborate closely with other senior staff to foster continuous improvement and build a culture of excellence.
- Take an integral role in program/project planning and management activities, ensuring implementation of best practices and providing technical representation and feedback in these processes
