  6. Participate in program/project review meetings to determine status, problem areas, suggest and review corrective actions, directing/planning necessary extra work, and rework and re-plan activities

Description:

Project - Program Mercury Role -  Global Applications Test co-ordinator
Program Mercury is a large, multi-year initiative that will significantly improve how client manages its business through the implementation of an integrated set of business processes underpinned by a technology platform that is predominately SAP. Mercury replaces customer's legacy Global Financial Information system (GFIS).

Here is the list of responsibilities for the Mercury Global Applications Test Coordinator role:

 
  • Plan & Coordinate Test Execution for Global (Non-SAP) Applications with Mercury for SIT & UAT Cycles working with application teams
  • Plan Coexistence Schedule for Mercury SIT & UAT Cycles working with Mercury Program and GFIS QA Team and reviewing with Country and Local Application test team
  • Coordinate Execution of Coexistence Test Activities for SIT & UAT Cycles:
 
             a) Work with Country and Local Application test teams to review test data submissions and communicate deadlines, status and deliverables
             b) Monitor execution of BODS Coexistence batch processing, interpret results and coordinate creation, assignment & retesting of related defects
             c)  Conduct daily status meeting with Coexistence Test Team (consisting of BODS team, GFIS Transaction & Reporting Teams, Coexistence Functional Team, Global Non-SAP Team and Batch Scheduling team) to manage test activities and ensure team stays focused and aligned 
            d)  Act as Liaison to GFIS and Local Application test leadership to keep them informed of Coexistence testing status on weekly conference calls
