Must have

  • Excellent verbal, non-verbal communication skills and able to see big picture
  • Skilled with analytical thinking, reasoning and appropriately identifying show stoppers, redundancies, efficiencies
Good to have:
  • Oracle ERP (EBS), MSCA application experience
  • Supply chain process knowledge and understanding in pharma industry
  • Experience in working with Systech , Antares, Axway
  • Serialization and aggregation experience in pharma
  • Have worked in consulting projects
  • Post-graduation: MBA
  • Understanding of various pharma compliance regulations like FDA, GMP, EUFMD etc.

Responsibility:
  1. Responsible to communicate with business /operational/senior management of business in order to understand their pain areas / gaps and identify opportunities.
  2. Responsible to organize, drive the workshops with business stakeholders to reach a consensus for future state.
  3. Responsible to gather business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements with right level of abstraction and atomicity.
  4. Create functional design that traces the future state (process, UI, data model) with requirements and logically allocates requirements to various phases of program.
  5. Able to set business expectations vis-a`-vis business priorities, constraints and available resources.
  6. Able to converse with IT teams to communicate required functionality, process change, UI change and own the overall solution in liaison with solution architects.
  7. Able to have sound technical understanding enough to communicate proposed solution (via Joint application development sessions), status of implementation, challenges and alternate solutions with cost benefit analysis.
