This role will work with business and IT partners to resolve any Transparency data quality issues related to systems and interfaces. During the disclosure periods, the Transparency IT Analyst will be the key day-to-day Manager and point of contact for all detailed preparation and readiness activities, for all countries outside of the US.


· Support Transparency activity in Europe, Canada, Australia and International Partner Markets (countries where client has no affiliate office)
· Lead end-to-end effort to resolve any data quality issues or data gaps related to systems and interfaces
· Support data reconciliation on a monthly basis, partnering with technical and business support leads
· Support successful disclosure by ensuring systems meet requirements, system documentation is in place, and business-impacting IT incidents are resolved appropriately
· Support business users on technology error management
· Support any cross-apps issues during and outside of reporting periods
· Update technology documentation as needed

Skills Desired

The candidate must have:
· 5+ years prior experience working as a business analyst with an emphasis on data related projects
· Experience with writing basic SQL statements as well as have an understanding of database structures, how databases and interfaces work, and hands on experience with Oracle RDBMS SQL
· An understanding of Aggregate Spend (Transparency) Reporting, and the EFPIA Disclosure Code
· Working knowledge in implementation of IT systems supporting transparency and compliance initiatives/projects
· Experience working with outside vendors
· Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work well under pressure with a strong sense of urgency

· Experience in biotech or pharma, preferably within the Transparency Reporting space (EFPIA, Medicines Australia and/or other laws and codes)
· Experience with analytics and reporting projects
