• Work with vendors and service providers at client's sites as needed to provide access to needed technology and oversee the activities to ensure consistency of contracted responsibilities;
• Assist as a first level of troubleshooting user issues including password reset, physical hardware issues, and troubleshooting conflicts resulting from system updates;
• Ensure update and management of inventory in MIMS inventory and ticketing system;
• Responsible for future maintenance of the system.


• Experience providing technical support to end-users;
• Experience with first level troubleshooting of hardware and software issues;
• Experience with Windows 10;
• Experience with VMware Horizon;
• Experience with SCCM and SCOM for administration activities.
