  • Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative will support multiple stakeholders within the US Influenza Vaccines business unit.
  • This is a customer-facing role; direct interactions which represent the client with customers in a positive manner will be the primary responsibility.
  • Daily responsibilities will be comprised of answering the Customer Service phone line and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Will need to prioritize and coordinate customer requests within the Customer Service team. The associate will be responsible for monitoring and creating customer data and sales orders in the ERP system.
  • Will be an integral member of the Customer Service operations team and will be responsible for order creation through shipping and will promptly identify and troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution across multiple functions.    

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Have hands-on experience in phone systems, order entry and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must demonstrate excellent organization and communication skills (written and verbal), strong customer focus, ability to learn and operate within technically complex software systems, and comfort working within a matrix organization balancing action items from multiple managers.
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical/medical industry is a plus.
