Junior Account Executive
Ascent is looking for a Junior Account Executive with the desire to learn and grow into the role of an Account Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who wants to enter the contract staffing business to be mentored by top producing Account Executives.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct research on target clients and contacts within those clients.
  • Solicit client contacts for referrals to other client contacts within the organization or past companies that contacts may have worked for that can be followed up on by the Ascent sales team
  • Schedules follow up meetings and or conference calls for the Ascent sales team.
  • Assist Ascent sales team on weekly email campaigns to maintain contact with key hiring managers.
  • Learn how to gather new job requisitions information and provide to Senior Account Executives and Ascent Recruiting team.
  • Attend client meetings with Senior Account Executives to learn how to present Ascent and run meeting agendas.
  • Assist Senior Account Executive with submitting candidates directly to hiring managers and gathering submittal feedback.
  • Assist Senior Account Executive with start details on new assignments.
  • Enter, update and maintain information in our internal database.
     
    QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1+ Year Sales Experience
  • 2 years' Experience in Recruiting
  • Excellent communication and organizational Skills.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
  • Excellent computer and internet skills.
  • Experience working in a very fast-paced environment.
