Serve as first-line representatives responsible for handling inbound call inquiries and acting as subject matter experts regarding patient rewards program.
  • Maintain confidential information including, but not limited to, proprietary corporate information, specifications of products, product information, customer information and personal performance.
  • Receive and answer 75-100 patient and customer inquiries daily.
  • Provide excellent customer service while acting in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
  • Provides follow-up informational calls, emails and/or case updates to customers and sales representatives within service level requirements.
  • Assist patients, physicians, and sale reps with navigating the website and mobile application, consumer promotions, eligibility and registration, program rules, password resets, as well as issuing, applying, creating, and redeeming rewards
  • Handle customer requests in a timely, accurate and professional manner
  • Client CSRs foster the growth of a strong customer base through creating positive interactions and building strong relationships.
  • High School diploma required
  • Customer Service experience required/call center experience preferred
  • Customer centric/service mentality necessary
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
