Senior Systems Analyst
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 10 months with possible extension
The main function of a Senior Systems analyst is to assist Business, HRIS, ADP and Integrations team with upgrading US and Global Payroll to a SAP based platform from current outdated platform. Help with Implementation of Time Tracking and Absence Management System for Non- Exempt employees.

Must Have Skills
5-7+ Years of IT/BA System Analyst experience. Have done a payroll/time tracking implementation or upgrade full cycle. ADP experience. Must be willing to work outside normal hours as they will be working with teams overseas.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Work with Business and HRIS Teams in gathering requirements.
  • Create High and Detailed functional specs for the requirements in the system.
  • Document the AS IS and TO BE flows and do a FIT Gap analysis.
  • For Integrations create data mapping documents to ensure data flow and the data entities flowing back and forth the system are captured.
  • Work/coordinate with other teams at Visa like Security and SSO Teams to have SSO and security assessments completed.
  • Help Business and HRIS team with UAT and coordination.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • HR Systems consulting/Business Analyst experience. (Required)
  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills (Required)
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required)
  • Payroll and Time tracking Implementation/Upgrade experience for an end to end cycle needed. (Required)
  • ADP Payroll and Etime Implementation/Upgrade experience. (Required)
  • Experience with Kronos Time tracking application highly preferred.
  • Experience with Core HR functions preferred.
