Job Description: Position is responsible to 2 supervisors and teams of approx. 14 staff.
Multiple databases & tracking elements critical for state reporting &
funding. Individual needs to be flexible with ability to multitask & prioritize
multiple competing demands. Data entry into custom program. Occasional reception duties greeting the public, transfer phone calls. Attend meetings and take notes to use on the job.

Assignment Length: 6 months

Shift: (days & hours) Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00
Skills Required: Strong overall computer skills: Word, Excel, ACCESS, Outlook, Avatar;
accurate data entry; understanding of complex databases; and
quick learner, customer service, attention to detail, tracking data and information.
