Looking for a customer service representative. Must be polite, well-spoken and be able to type. Daily tasks will involve answering inbound phone calls and emails. Assisting customers with online orders and some light in store traffic.

Proficiency with social media & online shopping is a plus

Responsible for providing high quality telephone customer service to customers. Resolving customer inquiries, providing customers with account information, researching customer problems that couldn't be resolved during initial contact. Will receive 2 weeks of training. Calls will be monitored and you will be coached based on those monitors. It is a professional environment.

Specific duties for this entry level call center sales role include, but are not limited to:
• Must be able to pass background check
• Must pass a drug test
• Ability to type 30wpm
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Sound reasoning and problem solving skills
• Qualifications: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to quickly gain knowledge of all assigned products. Ability to solve problems rapidly
• Multitasking

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Call back client who left messages during non-business hours
• Answer incoming calls
• Answer emails sent in
• Answer chat requests that come in via our site
• Other office duties
