**Top Secret Clearance required to start assignment. Due to the length of time to obtain a clearance it is requested only applicants with active clearance be submitted to the requisition**

Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design. Oversees activities the development, delivery and evaluation of technical training. Establishes processes for identifying training content and evaluating training effectiveness. Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials. Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities. Ensures accuracy and quality of training products. Coaches and develops others.

Not a hard requirement, but a plus to have experience in the following systems:

SAP ECC (Enterprise Core Component)
Builder SMS (Sustainment Management System)
CADD systems (computer-aided design and drafting including AutoCAD and or Revit
Tridium Niagara
SCADA systems (supervisory control and data acquisition)
