Employee pay rate: $16 -$18
Hours: M-F, 8-5

Writing standards, basic technical knowledge
High School - Some College
Replying to member inquiries in writing, answering support calls for inbound and branches

Minimum 1-3 years' previous customer service or administrative experience required; financial industry experience preferred
Minimum 1-3 years' previous experience handling sensitive documents in a timely and accurate manner
Minimum 3 years' experience in financial institution retail/call center or operations
Minimum 1 year experience with internet banking solutions to include, bill pay, online banking, mobile devices, mobile banking, Quicken, eDeposit
Experience in technical issue resolution via e-mail, chat, phone or other electronic medium
Be able to demonstrate excellent writing skills with the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
Ability to identify and offer CU products that meet the member's unique financial needs

Respond to department specific questions in a timely and accurate manner
Complete work requests on a timely basis
Perform file/account maintenance
Resolve member or staff issues accurately and within service level
