Job Description:
  • Transact via phone and computer routine financial business as well as open and approve new accounts and auto loans
  • Identify the best products and services to meet the financial needs of our members
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of all credit union products and services
  • Work with internal customers and members to troubleshoot and resolve member inquiries
  • Provide first contact resolution and build lasting member relationships through exceptional service
Essential skills:
  • Minimum 1 year previous financial industry (bank or credit union) experience required
  • Minimum 1 year previous experience in customer service and sales required
  • Minimum 1 year previous experience in a call center preferred
  • Consumer lending experience (auto, RV, boat, Visa)
  • Proficiency in basic mathematics and ten-key and calculator
Schedule: 40 hours per week including Saturdays; must be flexible with start and end times (shift will fall within the hours of 6am and 6pm)
