Job Description: Interfaces with customers and suppliers on workforce products and services. Deploys Workforce products and services to support customer requirements. Participates in the development and administration of tools and process to support Workforce strategies and planning. Supports the customer with the interpretation and application of Collective Bargaining Agreement inquiries regarding Workforce related topics. Provides advice and counsel to multiple customer groups regarding Workforce policies and processes. Educates Human Resource Generalists on Workforce process and services to enable them to partner with customers. Interprets, analyzes and provides applicable internal data (e.g., demographics, attrition) and metrics to identify potential issues that could impact the business and to support skills management. Represents Workforce on company teams to ensure policies and procedures are followed. Leads cross functional regional teams to support customer requests or customer engagement.

Education / Experience: Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required qualifications:

3+ years working with cross-functional organizations
3+ year giving presentations and public speaking
Capable of traveling 25% of the time

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
1+ year supporting Manufacturing Operations
3+ years with project management
1+ year planning & executing diversity recruiting events
3+ years experience in the areas of sourcing, academic program development, or recruiting at the High school or College level
