Job Description:
The successful candidate will apply an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify a life-cycle balanced system of systems and system solution(s) which satisfies customer/operational needs and public acceptability. Defines system performance (requirements), integrates technical parameters, and assures compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture(s). Perform affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties engineering analyses to obtain a preferred configuration which assures mission success.

Reliability and Maintainability
Spares Analysis
Human Factor Analysis
Safety Analysis
Life Cycle Cost Analysis
Obsolescence & Diminishing Sources
Integration of Operation Support Elements
Education / Experience: Bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with experience in an engineering classification.
