Basic Description:
Ensure that the operations are met according to SearchPros standards by ensuring the right candidates are being identified and placed. Constantly monitor the interviewing/screening process for efficiency. Provide high level of customer service to client through partnering and relationship building resulting in growth of the account.

Duties Relating to VMS - Beeline Facilitate entire process through VMS Tool
  • Daily log in to VMS for reporting and updates
  • Input ALL submittals into VMS tool within 1 hour of receipt
  • Creating and Managing Requisitions an Activities in the system
  • Requisition creation into ATS
  • Coordination of interviews
  • Tracking and facilitation of process work flow through the tool
  • Time and Expense Entry support and approval coordination
  • Data Validation of all assignment details
  • Report creation by client request weekly, monthly and ad-hoc
  • System Record updates
  • Work with software provider to identify, track and resolve system errors and work through system upgrades as needed
  • Support accounting with time and expense and reconciliations for VMS Programs
Duties Relating to Field Associates
  • Mediation between contractors, vendors, and client to include Quality Check, Counseling, and Discipline as necessary
  • Enforcing client policies and standards
  • Follow up on open job orders, new placements, and contractors feedback
Duties Relating to Office/Staffing
  • Ensure that all employees placed at client site have met all requirements on screening
  • Audit contractor files to make sure all required on-barding/off-boarding paperwork is on hand for audits.
  • Establish a working relationship with recruiting partners, ensuring their active participation in the program
  • Continually evaluate the screening process to make sure we are cost efficient and moving the employees through in a timely manner
  • Manage the contract labor request to be filled
  • Track/Manager extensions and funding requests for POs
    Duties Relating to Client Account
  • Communication and feedback to Client
  • Provide customer service to client account
  • Build relationships with client management team
  • Partner with client to promote a supportive working relationship
  • Anticipate needs to support the client and foster growth of the account
  • Follow up on requests, new placements, and contractor feedback
  • Review documentation on client requests in the VMS system to ensure correct invoicing to the client
Any other duties determined by management as necessary to the function of the position or the local industrial operations team.
