Associate, Contact Center Digital Fulfillment
• Review and process new account requests for new and existing members
• Partner with other business units to ensure online accounts are established within a timely manner
• Review and process complex new account requests such as: IRA, HSA, Minor and Trust accounts

What are the skills, knowledge and abilities required?
• Account processing experience
• Knowledgeable of red flag program to prevent fraud
• Knowledge of online account opening process
• Ability to identify and offer CU products that meet the member's unique financial needs
• Must have the ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of account requests
• Ability to partner with multiple business units to complete membership requests at the time of loan funding
Education: Basic cognitive math, writing, reading skills equivalent to 4 years of high school education
Certification/License: N/A

· Respond to department specific questions in a timely and accurate manner
· Perform file and/or transaction maintenance, including tracking and updating information
· Research and resolve member, vendor and internal issues by adjusting processes as appropriate

Skills, knowledge and abilities required
· Customer service or administrative experience
· Experience handling sensitive documents in a timely and accurate manner
· Financial industry experience preferred
