Our Servicing Manager is looking for an additional Loan Servicing person. He is looking for a candidate that has strong Spreadsheet skills, strong writing ability. Policy and Procedure writing experience and Accounting and/or Servicing experience.

POSITION: Loan Servicing Customer Service Representative
DIVISION: Administration
REPORTS TO: Loan Servicing Supervisor
Under general supervision, provides customer support by answering borrower calls/questions, researching
borrower disputes, processing daily tasks to ensure the smooth transfer of the customer's loan to their new
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (May include, but not be limited to the following):
1. Answering phones
2. Processing mail
3. Processing Cash batches
4. Working with investors to retrieve and track funds
5. Process and track delinquent letters and make borrower contact regarding any delinquents
6. Assist with Hazard Insurance; Property Tax; Funds Forwarding; and MI reports
7. Other duties and/or mortgage related tasks as assigned by management

High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills are required: word processing, database and
