 Tailwind Associates, an EOE, has a full-time/direct-hire opportunity with our client in Schenectady, NY for a Customer Service Representative
Our client in Schenectady is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team of office staff and customer service representatives. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Answering phones
-Customer service
-Data entry
-Document Filing
-Other common office tasks
 Punctuality, reliability, and organizational skills are a must, as is attention to detail. Candidates should be able to multi-task, be self-motivated, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a definite plus, as is prior clerical or customer service experience. Previous glass experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person!
