Talent Management Coordinator

We're looking for a Training Coordinator that is critical in supporting and executing key Talent Management and Compliance programs and courses. This is an exciting role for someone who is comfortable with learning administration and deployment, with a strong attention to detail and excellence in execution. A person who excels in developing strong work relationships to build trust and deliver results.

The key responsibilities and focus for this role are:
  • Ensure smooth delivery of Talent Management workshops and events including room bookings, set-up, vendor communications, invoice payment, processing of evaluations, material ordering and preparing collateral (name tents/badges/print out booklets)
  • Work closely with Corporate Legal and Compliance to organize classes and generate on-demand statistics for external and internal audits
    • Coordinate with site leads at remote sites for all non-Santa Clara trainings.
    • Track learner responses to post-course surveys and analyze for continuous improvement opportunities
  • Ensure all development activity is appropriately set up in SABA, registration is accurately reflected and regularly report on completion statistics
  • On demand reporting from SABA, Oracle and other sources
  • Create, communicate and produce WebEx sessions to support remote participation
 
We are looking for a person who has:
  • Experience working with global G&A functions, HR Business Partners, Learning & Development teams
  • Experience in Learning and Development administration and coordination.
  • High achiever with a passion to develop their skills and experience in Talent Management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, planning, organizing, attention to detail, and project management skills
  • High level of accuracy, with strong attention to detail, highly conscientious.
  • Multi-tasking is crucial for this role- you will be someone that is solutions focused and able to deliver in a timely and efficient way.

  • AA degree in Business or a related field
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • SABA, SAP or Oracle LMS experience is desirable
