  • Advise our HR legal partners on a range of employee-related issues, from pay equity questions to escalations of employee escalations to things like leave of absence compliance
  • Provide support for and oversee responses to government audits and employee legal claims
  • Help translate new laws and developments in the external environment into actions for HR and other partners
  • Help drive cross-functional teams on moderate to complex HR legal projects
  • Draft letters and routine legal documents
  • Create dashboards and other metrics
  • 4+ years of employment law experience at a law firm or in-house
  • Litigation experience either at an outside law firm or in house; trial experience a plus
  • Deep knowledge of HR legal concepts, terminology and principles including wage and hour and leave laws in the US and ideally other countries for example
  • Significant experience working with complex data and metrics for reporting, assessing risk or managing complex litigation
  • Well-developed project management skills, including preparing project plans and key milestones and managing to them
  • Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
