Howard Systems seeks a Quality Assurance contractor in Hartford, CT.
  • The Quality Analyst will join the Retirement Operations team in Hartford, CT and will report to the Quality Team manager. This role is responsible for monitoring and reviewing the quality of our annuity processing and customer calls for both our client and their third party administrator.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Perform quality review on our third party administrator call center and back office processing functions for our clients Retirement Retail OperationsAssists in maintaining a comprehensive and complete quality checklist for new business functionsAnalyzes quality data to identify trends, issues, and makes observations to managementMaintains up-to-date knowledge of the product, process, and procedures of in scope functions. Participates with Operation leadership in frontline staff meetings to promote and educate others on the quality programAssist in back office processing and call center support during periods of business need.
  • Requirements:Expectations - will oversee quality of the annuity applications to assure that new applications are in "good standings " Will also be responsible for quality assurance with the call center teams. Must have a background in either back office quality or call center in an insurance environment.

    INTERVIEW SCHEDULE WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:
    INTERVIEWS WILL BE IN PERSON IN HARTFORD CT ON 8/30 AND 8/31 IN THE AFTERNOON- PLEASE MAKE SURE CANDIDATES ARE ABLE TO INTERVIEW FOR THOSE DATES.
  • START DATE WILL BE 9/19 AND THE TRAINING CLASS WILL START ON 9/24.
